In continuous operation since 1992, our co-ed fitness environment boasts over 7000 square feet of exercise space. The bright, naturally lit, fully equipped weight room provides a complete range of free weight or Cybex machine resisted training options. Our comprehensive cardio-video complex includes heart-rate interactive Precor treadmills, Precor elliptical trainers, Cybex arc trainers, Stairmaster Stepmills, Precor recumbent cycles, Precor upright cycles, Concept II rowers, and Jacob's Ladder.
Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services are conveniently located on-site.
We offer complementary orientation training session to our members ,by our CESP-CPT,MFC,ISSA accredited staff members.
Perfect if you just want to feel more comfortable with the gym equipment.
We also offer personal training and packages for those who want a more individulalized program.
Personal Training is also available through a number of independent, certified fitness professionals.
